Pretty straightforward. I am assuming everyone starts at level one. Here's the format:
(Serenes Forest is a great reference.)
Name: Duh.
Age/Appearance/Background: Duh once more.
Class: If it wasn't in any of the games, explain. also, list promotions.
Affinity: If we use them.
Bases/Growths/Caps: I know i am bad at this. If IceTidus decides we are gonna be playin the numbers game, post them here. if not, ignore this bit.
Starting items: Weapons, if anything unique, put it here.
Skills: Nothing unfair...show whether they are innate. Also, you can make up your own, too.
Death quote: Not too morbid, plz.
Anything else: Yeah.
Example--here's my main, tell me what you think.
Name: Aidan
Appearance: 27. Tall, man with a light skin tone. Shaggy, medium length blond hair. One earring worn on his left ear, a gift from his former captain, Cormag. Light armor, grey, without being too bulky. Wyvern Rider in service to Grado, (In Sacred Stones) defected from command when the empire attacked Renais. Flew for 2 years across ocean, then came to Daein. Joined army, believing the propaganda about Crimea being the enemy. Fought Jill in the war, and realized he made a mistake. Fought in Zelgius' platoon in the Mad King's War as an ally of Ike's. Idolizes Jill, and has a crush in her. Straightforward and rather blunt at first glance, but is a deeper character than most.
Class: Wyvern Rider (Lance)--> Wyvern Knight (Lance) --> SkyLord (Lance)
A: Fire
B/G/C: Cormag's from FE8 if we use them.
Starting items: Iron Lance, Vulnerary. (Boring, i know.)
Skills: Canto (Locked, 10), Parity (Personal). Mastery: Pierce (Skill%, will negate defenses and attack again. Luna+Adept, basically)
Death Quote: Ack! This wound...How did I... Jill, Cormag...Glen...Forgive me.
Anything else: NOT A CORMAG CLONE! I KNOW HE'S SIMILAR, BUT I LOVE CORMAG'S WHOLE CHARACTER!

Hey, barrelroll! I must say, Aidan sounds smexy (as is Cormag - my second fave from SS).
Okay, let's go!
Name: Led
Bio: A girl around 20 with blond hair and two lengthy pigtails. Semi athletic build. Her lower legs were crushed in an accident a few years ago, so she fashioned synthetic ones, which she claims are armored boots. Extremely talented at building things and various sciences. She is normally friendly, but can be a little overconfident and bratty.
Class: Mechanic (Staves, Prf) --> Engineer (Staves, Thunder, Prf) --> Creator (All Magic types, Prf)
Affinity: Thunder
Stats: I'll put these in an edit if we decide to use them. ; )
Items: Core Wrench (8 Mt, 75 Hit, 10 Crit, +5 Magic, only used by Led, falls outside of the weapon triangle. Can be thrown, but accuracy drops by 30. Locked), Heal Staff x2, Concoction, Panacea
Skills: Shove (locked, 5) Kyra's Heal (recover HP equal to half of current magic. Can be used on self or adjacent ally. Ends turn), Vantage, Berzerker (doubles strength but halves accuracy and Defense; loses control of actions. Lasts four "turns" or the equivelant thereof). Mastery: Storm Lash (AoE attack; cannot be used two turns in a row; command, like Parity and Gamble)
Death Quote: No...now I'll never...get back...
Anything else: Okay, so the whole wrench thing is pretty out of place in FE, but that's really her weapon type! Go play Septerra Core and see for yourself. ;P

Lemme try mine, this is the character I always use for....stories mainly.
Name: Taizaki
Bio: A 17 year old guy, but due to a odd kind of magic (hence, time magic in this case), he should be 21 but was frozen in time. Fairly short grey hair down to the neck, wears grey and white clothing almost like Stefan but with more mail. Skin is really pale white. A freelancer that worked as a scout for Daein before the war. But now wanders the world receiving small time contracts with the Dawn Brigade and other small military operations. Also has some strategic experience. Rather silent, only talks when it is needed, follows his own honor code made from his emotions. Not much of a flirter, but acts really at ease and comfortable around women he finds affection toward
class: Freelancer (Swords, spears with a C level cap) --> Magic Swordmaster (Swords, dark magic like FE7 and 8) --> Dark Falcon (Swords, dark magic, and spears, all can SS cap)
affinity: water
stats: Will put them for an RP that needs it.
Items: shorentil (Sword only usable by Taizaki, effective against sword users, raises critical 10% against swordmasters), Whilrveil (dark magic only usable by Taizaki, 70 uses, raises speed rating)
Skills: Shukai (increased speed and magic when HP is below 10. effects increase with every class, locked 15) shove (locked, 5) scout (hit chance minua 15 for every weapon, minus 5 for magic , locked 10)
Death quote: For every retreat, my prosperous return will be hindered...
Anything else: Shukai is supposed to be when you die, but thats too broken for an FE version. I might act like him when I post around the fourms. Owner of Oliver's estate after a rather tricky deal. his time of scouting has made him able to avoid attacks easily

Well, here will be my character.
Name: Jericho
Age: 23
Appearance: Tall, black hair, red eyes, tan skin, wears a red and black outfit.
Background: Orphaned at a young age, Jericho was forced to live on the streets of Bern (FE7) until an old man found him and saw his potential. This man taught Jericho the art of magic and martial arts. He brought Jericho to join the Black Fang. When Sonia and Nergal came in, however, he saw they were corrupting the Black Fang, but when he tried to stop them, he was declared a traitor and his master sacrificed himself so Jericho could get away. Jericho tried to stop them again, but by then the Black Fang was finished. Jericho decided to go as far away as he could, and ended up in Tellius.
Jericho is a fierce and violent fighter who always fights for his beliefs. Although he has trouble getting along with people sometimes, he will gladly help those who earn his respect.
Class: Fire Mage (fire), promotes to Spellmonk (fire, strike), promotes to Arcane Monk (fire, strike).
Affinity: Fire
Stats: Basically he is a very strong version of a fire mage. His stats are mostly physical, but his magic is good too. (will update as needed)
Weapons: Fire, concoction, Arcane Gloves: Locked, can only be used on promotion to to spellmonk. Adds little offensive power, but his damage with is is effected by strike weapon level, like laguz. Upon promotion to arcane monk and an SS rank in strike, gains the ability to add magic damage to his melee attacks (adds a portion of magic to might, must have a fire spell in inventory, spell loses a use for each attack).
Skills: Wrath is a personal skill, shove, occult skill is just Flare.
Death Quote: I... will not... lose... like THIS!

Name: Sasha
Age: 17*
Appearance: She's VERY short (4' 7"). Her hair is brown and extends to the small of her back. Her eyes are red. The robe she wears is white with red trim. She wears a red shirt, black pants, and white boots.
[If this description is kinda fail, use her mugshot for reference. If that STILL doesn't help, I have a full-body picture on hand... although you probably don't want to see it because I'm not much of an artist and the picture is a ghastly eyesore.]
Background: She's a traveler with mysterious origins. Tellius is her most recent stop. She was with Ike's army as a normal soldier for a short time during the Mad King's War. Sasha returned to Tellius to provide some freelance help during the war with Ashera and snuck into the Guidance Tower to watch the final battles. This time around she was assisted by her friend Eiva, who has since returned to her homeland. Back at home she has a fraternal twin sister named Darrah.
Class: Fire Mage -> Fire Sage -> Elementalist (She uses Light magic instead of staves upon promotion) -> Plane Walker
Affinity: Earth
Bases/Growths/Caps: Blah, I can't make these for the life of me. ><
Weapon Levels: Fire: S, Lightning: C, Light (upon promotion): E
Starting items: Elfire, Asceron (Sasha's "prf" weapon: Mt 10, Hit 80, Crit 5, Wt 8. Summons a dragon-shaped plume of fire), Thunder, Vulnerary
Skills: Shove, Phlegethon (Deals Fire-Element damage to all units within a 5-square radius. The "Mt" of this attack is equal to Sasha's Magic. Does not ignore Resistance). Mastery Skill: Flare
Death quote: Darrah... Eiva... No! I can't die in a place that's so far from home! I have no choice but to leave this place until my wounds heal...
Anything else: She's of a race of beings that ages rather oddly, so her physical age doesn't match her chronological age. As for her origins... although I don't think the story of where she comes from has much impact on her existence in Tellius, the real story of her origins would probably be way too "out there" for Tellius.
Please tell me if any of this stuff is a gamebreaker/too "out there"/etc. Since I try to transfer this character in between scenarios with her traits from her original world intact, she often winds up being a gamebreaker. ><

I'm Barrel Roll's Alt, so now you know. Also, Sasha, where did you get your mugshot? I would like to make one, maybe the whole board should.
Name: Kwame
Appearance: Dark skin, (From Zimbabwe, if it existed in FE) 6'5'' tall. About as muscular as Ike in PoR. Shaved head, with many tatooes, earrings, necklaces, and flowing robes, giving him a mystic look. He looks warm and friendly, and is a good person to be around. Wears sandals, and occasionally, a hat la Joshua.
Background: Branded orphan living in Stefan's Colony. Abandoned as an infant, he shuffled from everywhere in Begnoin, until coming to Stefan's Colony in the desert, where he has lived since. Recently heard tales about Ike from Stefan, his father figure, and wished to make a name for himself as an adventurer. Learned dark magic from a scroll he stole from the Begnoin Holy Library.
Affinity: Light
Class: Shaman(Dark)-->Druid(Dark, Staves)-->Summoner(Dark, Staves)
Starting Items: Blacaura--Prf Dark tome, basically unbreakable Carreau from RD with 75 hit.
Skills: Shove (duh). On promotion to druid, gets Possess (Can Control anyone in range for one turn, can't move) Mastery=Summon(Summons one dead enemy soldier at 2/3 stats per turn. need to be enough defeated.)

Yeah. Let me know what you think. Here's my take on the chars. I am no expert, though, so take no heed if it seems like an idiotic statement.
Sasha, your char seems pretty balanced. Where is she from? FE universe?
Magic Freak, great ideas. i can't see any glaring faults.
Taizaki seems a little too powerful. Does he suck to begin with? because then he would be more difficult to use earlier, like Boyd last time or Ross in FE8.
Led, Good going. I was wondering when someone would use a mech guy, like my Cyrus from GF (I might make an alt for him later; he was an alchemist.)

An idea I had a while ago. Not sure if it's legal, but I'll try it anyway.
Name: Nealara
Bio: At 89 years, Nealara is slightly younger than Naesala, who so happens to be her-half brother. Her father and then king of Kilvas eloped with a beorc woman, causing her to come into being as one of the branded. However, unlike other traditional branded, a remarkable phenomenon caused her to gain the laguz traits of her father, so she is able to fight both transformed and untransformed. The Raven parent suffered heavily and died shorthy after her birth. Since her existence was kept secret from Kilvas as well as the outside world (Deja vu, no?), she became Naesala's shadow, vowing not to lose the last remaining member of her biological family.
Class: Raven (Rogue --> Whisper)
Weapon levels : Strike (C), Knife (B)
A: Earth
Starting items: Steel Dagger, Iron Knife, Herb, Beak.
Skills: Canto (Locked, 10, Transformed), Adept (Personal). Mastery: Tear(Transformed), Bane(Untransformed)
Death Quote: Brother... Live on...
If stats are involved, I'll figure out some way to nerf her so she's slightly below average when untransformed (As if whispers aren't anyway), and slightly above average when transformed. If not, that's the way she'll be set up.

The board is growing in members, but not quite a lot yet. we need more variety, though... since FE is kind of a niche, i dont think this will be incredibly popular anytime soon, but it would be nice to have a wide # of people here.

Yeah, I always wanted to try a mechanic type myself, but I didn't know how to really integrate the mech aspect into FE...so I decided to make her a healer with one physical attack who learns magic later on. Thus did Led stumble into Tellius.
Kwame seems pretty cool too, but I'd like to know a little more about Possess. Would other enemies target the possessee? Could you make the possessee drop their weapons? You know, stuff like that.
And Nealara's just badass. I bet she'll be a lot of fun to roleplay. : )

Oh yeah...you'd need to be at the same level or higher to possess.
yes to the first question. they would be enemies to the other team, and so they would be attacked. No, i think disarming an enemy with nice gear is cruel, but since it's one at a time, maybe.
