Tell you the truth, I kind of had the idea of the Templar class being a 4th Tier if it was possible (or a max level promotion dealio thingy mabobber...)

Um... do 4th tiers get new weapons and whatnot, or just better caps? Yeah, I know I'm speaking from a gameplay viewpoint and not an RP viewpoint, but I'm curious...
