Eliwood: Sir, one must respect the other's laws and abide to them. You may have authority, but it doesn't mean that you're superior to others. Your superiors may say that you have the authority, but a badge isn't going to work unless you had paperwork for the arrest of someone. That is how things work around here.
Hector: He's right. Without that paperwork, your badge is nothing but a chunk of metal. If you were to try that in Ostia, you'd be imprisoned for violating the laws of Ostia.

GA Tai: Paperwork? (Transvaal only gives Angel-tai paperworlk for Lost Technology records, not for imprisonment missions or anything) Even with my state in Angel-tai, one of the highest divisions of our Empire, it still is useless if our paperwork only relates to lost technology, contracting one may take a while, and stands of no use to me.
Tai: but its still taken in a complicated standpoint *breaks thunder barrier* but now is only a true stalemate for your military actions
GA Tai: You are taken as a threat to our military, we have been granted every right to kill you if you do not comply to our actions, which means (wait...I need dark magic for that, eh I can run it manually) I could use my spaceship on youm but its too much to run with *forms dual katana* so I have to just kill you where you stand
