If Jaffar killed Serra, and no one was around to see her blood, would her dress still get stained?

While the laws of sound may not change, you still can't prove that the tree made a sound unless you are there to hear it, but if you are there to hear it, then you still can't prove that it makes a sound when noone is there to hear it.
