Tana--Falcoknight. I don't use her often, but her RES is really good to begin with, and this helps.
Franz--I choose Paladin, but I've heard of good Great Knight Franz's.
Amelia--I say General, because she and Gilliam are the only people who can reach general, and the class rocks.
Gilliam--General. He needs the DEF and STR, because his SPD is a joke.
Vanessa--I make her a Wyven Knight, but I think FalcoKnight isn't a bad choice.
Gerik--Hero. No doubt in my mind. STR, DEF and SPD like that is awesomness.
Moulder--Bishop, but there are those who like him as a Sage. I say Slayer is invaluable in the later parts of the game.
Ross--Berserker. He can be better than Dozla.
Marisa--I can honestly say I flip a coin to decide between Swordmaster and Assassin. Good either way, imo.
Garcia--Warrior. Bows help, and his HP, STR are massive, though more DEF is desirable.
L'Arachel--Valkyrie, because her MAG growth isn't stellar, and I just think Light Magic is a logical choice for a healer.
Neimi--Sniper or Nom--Ranger. Both good.
Colm--Rogue, because Rennac sucks, and there are better assassins. Put Colm on any sort of Terrai when he hits lv 15 Rogue, and he won't be touched.
Artur--Bishop, but on my first PT i accidentally made him a sage, and he turned out fine.
Ewan--I like Druid, because he is one of two who can reach it, and Summoner sucks. There are better sages and Mage Knights, too.
Lute--I made her a Mage Knight, for the extra mobility, but she's the best Sage and Mage Knight, I've heard.
Cormag--Wyvern Lord. Only one who can reach it, and has good stats for it.
Natasha--Bishop or Valkyrie. Either one turns out great for me.
Joshua--SM. Just look at those stats.
Knoll--Druid. Summoner Sucks.
Forde--Paladin. His DEF isn't as good as Kyle's, and he has more SPD.
