Okay, as an example:
I would associate myself with Alan. I'm loyal, and diligent towards my friendly types, yet I can be extremely reckless towards something I care about. I'm also kind of laid back.

EDIT: And I have now realized that it was a GBA FE character. SO I will now compare you to Pent, because you would make an epic leader and are fun to be around. And because I don't want to cop out and say Sain. ;D
