It's now the art forum, where you can post art, fanfics, etc.
And the clans thing got kinda screwy after everyone starting joining the same clan, which is why it's nonexistant in Campaign 3.

I figure it should be a more RP-specific character thing (As-in: Not affiliated with countries, not led by lords of other FE games).
I say each Mod/Admin can start one.
