Eh, I'd say Oscar is "more useful" but I always end up choosin Kieran over him anyway. MOstly because I have plenty of lance users but few axemen. And Kieran's so fun.  |

Oscar does miniscual damage compared to Kieran in RD, so I'd say Kieran.

Though both were useless to me (I still got Oscar to 3rd tier), Kieran was slightly more useful for me.
By part 3, the Troyal Knights became a little on the weak side, it went like.
Marcia soloing the chapter
Geoffrey somewhat soloing it
Kieran killing whats left
everyone else is useless to me.
Whereas the Greil team is too overpowered for someone like Oscar who couldnt double anyone at all, but he grew with time
