Note: This is an Idea i had. If it works, great. Please offer suggestions on how i can make this work better, or if Klav thinks it just plain shouldnt be on here, i'll remove it. Feedback appreciated.
This is the seedy tavern where all of the best assassin's are gathered. You can take out a hit on someone, but it'll cost ya. Since this is a bar, you'll need to PM someone with a rogue/assassin character to negotiate a price. The Assassin in question can refuse a hit, but...we'll work things out. Oh, and there may be consequences if those close to the target find who took out the hit.

Since you can't kill other people's characters, you can only take out hits on NPC's in the RP. This can't kill major villains, obvioulsy, but if you want to set the plot in motion, for example, by having...say, Hetzel assassinated, it might work. Also, Someone needs to RP the target, so there is a struggle, and the Assassin Character won't always win instantly.
